Week 1: ART or POTTERY Summer Break Camp – June 19th to June 23rd

Our full day students will work on two projects using different medium each day. Half day students create one project. Each week’s projects are based on the theme that us unique for that week. Free Art and Time to play are taken in between projects time.  Please see below our sample activities. Choose from 5 full days, 3 full days, 5 half days, 1 Day Art camp or,5 full day Pottery camp.   Please provide snack and bottle water for a half day camp and snacks, water bottle and lunch for a full day camp.

Full Day Camp Hours: Drop off: 9-9.30 AM   Pick up: 3.30-4 PM

Half Day Camp Hours: Drop off: 9-9.30 AM   Pick up: 11.45AM -12 PM

New student requires to pay the registration fee. If you have been taking classes at creative hands then there is no registration fee. This is strictly an enrollment fee and does not cover cost of the program

Do you need Before and/or After Care?

Before Care start from 8 AM to 9 PM. After Care starts from 4 PM to 6 PM. No cancellation/refund before 3 days of start of the camp week. Must sign up in advance to receive care.

If signing up for 1 or 3 Days camp then please specify which day student will attend the camp?

Theme Nature – During this week, our Art and Pottery students create projects that are inspired from Nature – whether it is a painting, mix media or ceramic hand building – they will use their imagination to process a piece of Nature to reflect in their artworks through a creative inquiry. Pottery camp wheel throw projects will look for colors and patterns that are inspired from nature to glaze their pieces.

We only do field trips to North Creek Park (10 minutes of walk) during sunny days for students who want to go or are given parental permission. Please make sure your child is wearing proper shoes for walking during the camp. Students who don’t want to go to the park remain in the studio with one instructor. In the event of rainy or stormy weather, kids will remain in the studio. If rainy or stormy weather start while kids are out in field, then Art Instructor will keep them in shade and return to studio when rain stops.

Before and After care available, please let us know week before if you require before, after care or both.

Please make sure 1 quantity of before or after care is for 1 day. If you need care for more than 1 day then choose the quantity equal to the days of care you need.
