Select the activity Room (For Pottery Wheel Throw party select Pottery Wheel Throw. For all other Activities select Art Rooms as room type. )
Select the Date and time that works for you on the calendar. Its 1 hour for the activity and 1 hour for food and celebration

What you will receive?

Step by step intruction and host
Two hour studio time. 1 hour for activity and 1 hour for cake cutting and celebration. Additional time can be added. Please get in touch with us.
Bring any food or beverages of your choice. Table covers, plates, spoons or party decoration is on you.
Take your creativity home (For pottery we will fire your pieces before you can pick up)

Birthday Party/Team Building FAQ

1)Do we need to bring anything ?

Yes, host bring table cloths, plates , cups, and utensil and any other decoration they like for the party.

2) Does the price all inclusive?

No Price does not include tax and Gratuity

3) How many participants can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 100 -130 participants. Included number of rooms or space are based on actual activity participants. You can also request to rent the additional room at a charge.

4) Do we get Private room for the party?

Yes, your party will be hosted in the private room, except Pottery wheel throw party needs to be in the Pottery room and it will be private to your party only.

5) Are we allowed to come early to decorate?

your time starts at your booking time. You can decorate when your time starts. If you like to start early we charge small fee to start 15 to 30 min early. Also, you are required to finish on time. You are welcome to take additional time to finish but please note you will be charged for extra time taken before and after the allocated 2 hour slot.

6) Should we pay Gratuity?

Gratuity is optional but highly recommended. There are multiple staff/teacher working to make your event fun and enjoyable and our service starts before you book the party with any questions and also before your party start to arrange and prepare the room for party. There is also decent amount of clean up requires after the party and usually 2-3 team members are working to make all happen.

7) Do you have parking for guest?

Yes, we do have parking on site. If parking lot is full then there is a parking available next door (Northwest Vet shop) and also on the 196th st across the stop light.

8) Do we need to clean up?

Yes, host is required to do basic clean like taking all the food and plates and trash it and return the place in reasonable state. Our staff will remove the trash bags and sweep. If we found the room is left too messy, we may need to charge small clean up fee.
