Kids Pottery Classes. This session offers a unique experience of shaping clay to our students with their own hands using pottery wheels, understanding shapes, forms and structure in 3 dimension and how to make color choices when they glaze their masterpieces. Pottery artworks of all our students are fired in the kiln as final completion of the process.Age: 8 to 16 year

Students learn to Wedge, create 3D objects with texture and pattern, use slip and score method, Work on Pottery wheel and glaze to complete unique clay creations. All Materials included. Student get their own tools or purchase a tool kit from Studio. Student will get first bag free (12-pound clay). Additional clay is available to purchase. Glazing and firing included. There is no makeup class for the missed class. Upon registration students receive their own Apron.

Introduction of glazes, learning about firing process in the kiln, developing knowledge about Science and Chemistry is also part of this Pottery class. Students get to take home their uniquely created masterpieces after firing and cherish them for lifetime.
